Using Diaper Reveal
Diaper Reveal (diaperreveal.com) is free to use for the online gender reveal game, the baby registry, the baby name and due date tools and the guides. You don't need an account. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Your party, your content
Hosts and guests may add names, messages, photos, name ideas, registry items and, if they turn their camera on, video of themselves. You keep the rights to what you add. You give us permission to store it and use it only to run your party and registry, for example to make your reveal film and show it to the people with your link. Only add content you have the right to share, and only film people who agree to be filmed. How long we keep things, and how to have them deleted, is in the privacy policy.
Fair use
Please don't use Diaper Reveal to harass anyone, to share illegal or hateful content, to impersonate someone, to send spam, or to break, overload or copy the service. We may remove content or close a party or registry that breaks these rules.
Links and registries
Registries and shopping ideas link to other stores. Purchases happen on those stores, under their own terms, prices and delivery rules; we don't sell or ship those items and aren't responsible for them. Some links are affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). Registry owners choose what to share; guests should check an item before buying.
Souvenir prints
Souvenir prints are the one thing we sell. The price, including delivery, is shown before you pay by card or PayPal. Prints are made to order by our print partner and shipped to the address you give. Damaged, faulty, misprinted, wrong or lost items are covered by our returns policy. Only order prints of footage you have the right to use.
Health information
Due dates, baby-size comparisons, gender predictors and quizzes are for fun and general information only. They are not medical advice. Ask your midwife or doctor about your pregnancy.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Diaper Reveal running, but it's provided as it is. A video call, camera or film can fail because of a device or connection, and we can't promise that every party or film will work perfectly. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms. When the terms change, we update the date below. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
