Diaper Reveal is a free online gender reveal game for the whole family. Send one link. Everyone opens it on their own phone — in your living room or on the other side of the world — and you play a short party game together. The winner opens the diaper and the whole family finds out at the same moment, and you keep a memory video of the reactions.
How it works
Create the party
Name it, and either pick the gender yourself or send a private link to whoever knows — the midwife, a sibling, the person holding the envelope. It stays sealed on the server until the reveal, so you can be surprised too. Takes about two minutes.

Everyone opens it on their own phone, wherever they are. No app to install, no account to make, no card. They type a name, pick pink or blue, and they're in the room with you.

A quick race, a few questions about the parents, then everyone records a short message for the baby. Whoever scores highest gets to open the real diaper while the whole family watches at once.

Free online gender reveal game: your questions
What is an online gender reveal game?
It is a live party guests join from their own phones. In Diaper Reveal, everyone enters the same private room, plays a family race and quiz, then the highest scorer opens the sealed reveal while everyone watches together.
Can we choose our own quiz questions?
Yes. The quiz is optional and the host picks the questions: choose from the game's built-in bank, or write your own with two to four answers and tap the correct one. Family "who's most likely to…" votes are made automatically from the guests who join.
Is it really free?
Yes. Hosting and playing are free: no limit on guests, no card, no account and no trial that runs out. The baby registry is free too. Two things are optional and paid: the Keep plan ($5 USD, one payment, no auto-renew) keeps your reveal film and raw clips for a year after the free 14 days, and printed keepsakes (mug, T-shirt, poster or card) show their price with delivery before you pay.
Do people need to download an app?
No. It runs in the web browser that is already on their phone. They tap the link you send and they are in — no install, no sign-up, no password.
Can family in other countries join?
Yes, that is what it is built for. Everyone is in the same live room from wherever they are, so grandparents abroad see the reveal at the same second as the people in your kitchen.
Does everyone need a camera on?
No. Cameras are optional and the whole party works without a single one — everyone plays by tapping. If people do switch theirs on, their faces go into the party video.
What happens to the video?
After the reveal, our servers edit a highlight film of about a minute (the race, the messages to the baby and everyone's reactions) and email the host a private link when it is ready. The film and the raw clips are kept free for 14 days after the party. To keep them longer, the optional Keep plan is $5 USD for a year, one payment with no auto-renew. A happy moment from the film can also be printed on a mug, T-shirt, poster or card, with the price and delivery shown before you pay.
How many people can play?
It works from two people upwards and there is no guest limit: everyone races on their own phone. Cameras are optional. With cameras on, each phone shows up to 6 live faces at a time and a computer 10 to 16, and whoever is in the spotlight is always on screen.
How long does the party take?
About five minutes from pressing start to the reveal — the race, the quiz, the messages for the baby, then the diaper. You choose when to start it, so nobody is rushed.
Can we do it on a TV as well as phones?
Yes. Open the host link on a laptop or TV so the room can watch the party on the big screen while everyone plays along on their own phone.
Is there a baby registry too?
Yes, free: start one at diaperreveal.com/registry, add gifts from any shop in any country, invite your partner to manage it with you, and share one link with family, who mark what they bought so nothing is doubled. It works for pregnancy, adoption and surrogacy, with or without a reveal party. Add your due date and the site shows how big your baby is each week (week 20: about the size of a banana).
