Invitation wording: your questions

What should a gender reveal invitation say?

Keep it to four things: who is hosting, the date and time (with the time zone if guests are abroad), how to join (an address or a link) and a friendly line about the surprise. Do not include the gender. A short text works better than a long one.

How do I invite family who live in another country?

Send one link. With Diaper Reveal the same link works on any phone, on any network, in any country, and everyone sees the reveal at the same second. Guests open it in their phone's browser, enter a name and they are in, with no app and no sign-up.

When should I send the invitation?

Two to three weeks ahead for an in-person party, and one to two weeks ahead for an online reveal. Send a short reminder the day before. Guests can open the link early and wait in the lobby: nothing is revealed until the party has been played.

Is the link free?

Yes. Creating the party, sharing the link and playing are free. No card is required.

Can I use these texts for a card or for WhatsApp?

Yes. They are short on purpose, so they fit a WhatsApp message, an SMS or the front of a card. Replace the brackets and delete the link line if you are printing a card.
